लेखक व योगदानकर्ता नीति

• Author केवल reasonable factual basis वाले claims publish करे।
• Fabricated quotes, sources, documents, images या events strictly prohibited हैं।
• Plagiarism/unauthorized copying prohibited है।
• Anonymous sources का उपयोग केवल justified editorial need में करें।
• Fact और opinion को अलग रखें।
• Conflict of interest editor को disclose करें।
• Sensitive personal data का use केवल legitimate editorial/public-interest need और applicable law के अनुसार करें।
• Legal/editorial concern को publication से पहले editor को raise करें।
• Material error मिलने पर तुरंत editor को inform करें।

महत्वपूर्ण: यह policy किसी author को criminal/civil liability से स्वतः immune नहीं बनाती। कोई व्यक्ति अपने जानबूझकर unlawful acts के लिए लागू कानून के अनुसार जिम्मेदार हो सकता है। Publisher risk कम करने के लिए verification, editing, supervision और correction controls लागू करेगा।

Contributor agreement — अनुशंसित बिंदु

• Contributor confirms originality or lawful license/attribution of submitted work.
• Contributor will not knowingly submit fabricated, defamatory, infringing, privacy-invasive or unlawful material.
• Contributor will promptly disclose material factual errors.
• Publisher receives the contractually agreed licence to edit, publish, format, translate, distribute and archive the work.
• Editorial edits may be made for accuracy, clarity, legal risk, style and length without intentionally changing factual meaning.
• Contributor will cooperate with reasonable fact-checking and editorial/legal queries.
• Any indemnity should be narrowly limited to losses caused by the contributor's own proven breach, fraud, willful misconduct or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.
• No clause creates immunity from criminal/civil proceedings or waives non-waivable statutory rights.
• Final contributor agreement should be separately executed and reviewed by an Indian lawyer.
